Flatbread Pizza

Bought a packet of flatbread from Ikea Swedish food market and created a pretty decent rustic crust mediterranean-like flatbread pizza. No fancy toppings...just the usual suspects...pizza sauce + lots of shredded mozzarella cheese + generous amount of thinly sliced ham...and there's lunch on the table!
