Kueh Belandah a.k.a. Love Letters

Mum and I were at Tangs and we made a sudden purchase...we bought an Iona Love Letter Baker and we've been baking a whole lot of love letters. Practice makes perfect, they say...and we finally came up with close to perfect love letters after several tries. And it tasted damn good too.
