What's In Your Lunchbox?

I missed my usual morning jog as it was drizzling. Decided to head to the gym to run on the treadmill just before lunch. Fixed myself a cold sandwich lunch when I got home - slices of light rye bread, spread them with margarine...smack on some smoked ham, Emmental cheese, cucumber, tomato and onion slices. I'm pretty sure Dagwood Bumstead would do anything for a sandwich like this.
